I understand the importance of keeping reminders visible on the list in your invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Rebecka P.
To utilize the recurring template effectively, it is crucial to carefully review the interval specified for the start and end date of your template. This will ensure that your template functions seamlessly and meets your needs.
After thoroughly reviewing, if everything is correct, I highly recommend reaching out to our live support team.
- Go to the Help? icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Tap the Contact Us option.
- Enter your question and hit let's talk.
- Scroll down and pick to Get a callback.
I've also added this article where you can easily access a list of all recurring transactions along with their associated accounts: Review your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
