Oooooooh! Let's all do this on the same day!! Clearly Quickbooks doesn't think they have a bug in their software but we're all using the same workaround to make rules work (open a rule, save it again and bingo! All the rules suddenly work). Wouldn't it be fun if support got smashed with the same request 100 times on the same day. Maybe that would finally prompt some action.
