There are instances when QuickBooks Self-Employed may be poorly configured due to an overload of site data, potentially causing interruptions between QBSE and your bank.

In the meantime, you can upload your transactions manually to QuickBooks Self-employed by following these steps: 

1. Go to Transactions.
2. Click the Dropdown beside the Link account.
3. Upload or Drop File.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Click Done.
