I was the OP for this thread. Shortly after posting the posting the problem I was able to connect my account with Fidelity and it worked ok for maybe a couple of weeks. The connection is now broken again and no updates to my account for 3 weeks. I too got an email from Intuit stating the issue was resolved yet it still will not connect. I was advised to disconnect the account in Quickbooks and reconnect, this did not work. I fear that when the issue is resolved and I'm able re-establish the connection it is going to create a new account instead of simply restoring the connection to the original account. Can anyone confirm?
