I just spent the last 5 hours on phone calls and chat with them. My fidelity accounts are still not updating. They’ve escalated this to their “investigation team” and are going to keep me posted. They kept blaming the issues on Fidelity. I finally showed them a screenshot of where Fidelity has granted Intuit access to my accounts and the link is active. Fidelity also verified that everything is good to be sent to Intuit. Clearly Intuit has poor tech to handle this. They need to start using Plaid or another 3rd party account aggregator to handle this task. Does anyone have any other suggestions for online account services??? Early in the year could be a good decision to bail on these clowns.
