All account-related inquiries must be directed to our phone support for security purposes, as they have the necessary tools to handle escalations on your behalf.

Here's how you can contact our support:

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom, click on Contact Us.
  3.  Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then click Let's Talk.
  4. You'll be given a few choices for connecting with Intuit.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
