I understand that you have been facing some challenges with QuickBooks (QBO) where you're unable to disconnect your bank account due to an error. I understand that it can be frustrating when things don't work as expected. However, upon checking the INV-95716 where you received an error message saying, "Something's not quite right" and "There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again later,".
