I can help connect bank accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Lisa3850.

The Banking menu mentioned above is now the Transactions tab in QBO. Please follow the steps below to link your bank account.

1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. Select Bank transactions.
3. Click the Link account button.
4. In the search bar, enter your bank name or URL.
5. Tap Continue.
6. Enter your Sign info in the Login and Password fields, then select Continue. 
7. Pick the account you want to connect and date to pull transactions from the drop-down arrow. Then, hit Next.
8. Choose your account type on the Account type drop-down arrow, then Next.
9. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
