They are terrible. Agents from the Philippines or some other country are torturing us with long unproductive conversations just to say there's nothing they can do. Time is money and they are saving money by outsourcing but losing their reputation and customers. I would not recommend QB to anyone due to their terrible customer service! I was misquoted a price, hive wron info about the functionality of the product abd then wasted time/money migrating from Desktop to Online just to have to return back to my online product all due to their incompetence.
