Banking

I just chatted with 2 different agents today and they had no clue what I was even taking about.  They tried to tell me to migrate from desktop to the online, which I did a year ago!  My shortcuts no longer work but they do on my laptop, when I reset my desktop app it deletes everything.  Why can't QB get this fixed so there isnt an online and dekstop app but all the same!  So frustrating! Everytime this happens we should get the month free because it costs us a lot of extra time and effort to get it reset!!
