Thanks for chiming in the thread, @magdalenaJ. I understand your challenges about importing data using Web Connect in QuickBooks Desktop Mac. I'm here to assist you with how to contact our Technical support in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. We're still here to assist you.

If you notice the subsequent message (OL-222) after you try to import a .qbo file from your bank, it means the .qbo file form is wrong. Or the list of Financial Institutions in QuickBooks needs an update. In this case, contact your bank to confirm the file format.

Furthermore, you can also call our support team if none of the suggested troubleshooting steps above works for you. Try the following:

  1. Go to this link: Contact Support
  2. Select your product in QuickBooks and click Continue.
  3. Drop your concern in the space given and hit Continue.
  4. Choose Chat or Call if you'd like to connect with you.

If everything is fine, visit this link for more information: Download bank transactions in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

I'm always available if you have other concerns about your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac version. If you do have questions about QuickBooks, notify me in this thread.
