I disconnect my bank (Sun Trust) and I reconnected my bank to my QB Online Accountant version and now I am unable to see any download transactions for 2018. I also read that when I initially connect my bank, that if you can't find downloaded bank transactions one of the reasons could be because QB Online automatically downloads the last 90 days of transactions. QuickBooks then downloads new transactions nightly around 10 PM PT according to this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions
Is this correct for QB Online Accountant version also? If so, do I have to use step 1: Manually download your latest transactions or are there other options? I also reviewed this article also: What to do if bank transactions won’t download
