However, since you are still facing the same problem, I suggest you get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support team again. They can review if there are any other factors preventing QBO to pull up the transactions from your bank . To contact them, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Provide a summary of your concern and click Continue.
  5. You can choose either chat with us or have us call you.
