Welcome to the Community, @Off2jamaica.
Let me share a workaround for getting your past reconciliation reports using QuickBooks Desktop Pro.
If you have a backup copy of your company file. I suggest restoring the company file and exporting the reconciliation reports for the specific periods you need. I'll provide the steps below that you can follow.
- In your QBDT account, go to the File menu.
- Select Open or Restore Company.
- Choose Restore a backup copy, then click Next.
- Pick Local Backup, then click Next.
- Browse your computer for your backup company file. It should look like this: [Your company name].qbb.
- You can choose which folder to save the restored company file, then select Open.
- Select Save when ready. Select the option most appropriate to your needs if you have any messages about possible overwriting of data. If you don't know what you want, don't overwrite anything.
You can retrieve your previously reconciled reports from the specific company file you have opened. Follow the steps provided by my colleague or check this article for detailed instructions: Get reports for previous reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop.
