Banking
Getting an error message when you're doing bank feeds isn't the experience we want you to have.
Before anything else, it would help to know which bank you've connected to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). I'll check here on my end if there are any ongoing investigations into your bank's connection with QuickBooks.
In the meantime, I suggest refreshing your bank's connection in your QBDT account. I'll guide you through the process.
First, ensure you've switched Single-user Mode and signed in to your Intuit Account. Then, disconnect all related accounts to avoid any discrepancies. Afterward, set up an account for your bank feed and download transactions with Express Web Connect. Once done, the latest transactions will auto-download.
For more detailed steps, please refer to this article: Refresh your connection for Express Web Connect online banking.
For future use, here's an article in case you want to create rules to help QuickBooks match your transactions: Create rules to categorize transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
If you have any other concerns about your bank feeds, please leave a reply to this post. I want to make sure you're taken care of.
