It's been 8 months since your reply, still not resolved. Further, a search for "INV-77219" shows posts about this issue dating back two years. (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/employees-and-payroll/why-is-a-rule-with-auto-conf...)

 

Don't tell us it's "being investigated" when it's clearly not. Intuit is happy to push new "features" via UI cluttering popups to up-sell us nearly daily, so it's not a lack of ability, they just don't care enough to bother fixing functions that customers already paid (quite a lot) for.

 

No other software I've ever used has driven me to the help forum/customer support more than QuickBooks.
