Banking

Understood which is why I started with online support.  All they have been able to give me for 2 months though is 'we're working on it, thanks for your patience'.  With no success there I was hoping maybe a community member would have encountered the same thing and have a workaround of some sort at least.  Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case and official support here only has the same answer.
