QuickBooks Online doesn't have the option to make a rule for the line item on the sales receipt. You can only set rules for bank transactions for moving in or out. However, the only option is to do it manually.
I suggest that we provide feedback to our developers, requesting the addition of the option to create rules for adding a line in the sales receipt. This would enhance the capabilities of QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
- Type in your comments or product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit.
