Yes, there's a way to print your reconciliation report from 6 months ago in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), TxAngel618.
You can get reports for the last 120 reconciliations in QBDT Premier, Accountant, and Enterprise. However, if you have QBDT Pro, the Previous Reconciliation report will only show your most recent reconciliation.
Run a Previous Reconciliation Report
- Go to the Reports tab, click Banking, and select Previous Reconciliation.
- From the Account drop-down, choose the account you reconciled.
- In the Statement Ending Date section, select the reconciliation period you want to review( 6 months ago).
- Select Detailed or Both for the report type.
- Select which transactions you want to see on the report.
- When you're ready to run the report, select Display. Print the report.
