At the moment, it is not possible to connect both parent and child accounts in QuickBooks. Before you attempt to establish a connection, knowing how your bank sends the downloaded transactions is important. Connect only the parent account if it downloads all transactions in one account. If it's for an individual account, connect the sub-accounts. On the other hand, if you want to import them into individual accounts, make sure to link the sub-accounts instead of the parent account.
You cannot link both a parent account and its subaccounts. If you attempt to do so, you will receive a message saying that the account is already connected.
