As per checking in our resources, a few selected banks let you view your bank statements right from QBO. If you don’t see this option, your bank may not support this feature yet. We're working to add more banks soon. Rest assured that we're working with financial institutions to make this functionality more widely available. 

 

On the other hand, if you're bank is on the list, I recommend reaching out to your financial institution to inquire if there are any known issues or technical difficulties that could be affecting the loading of statements into QBO. They will be able to provide you with specific information regarding the status of your statements and any potential solutions.
