None of the help or self-help suggested by QuickBooks has helped so far. I have tried from clearing cache, private window, different browsers... All of it! Nothing helped!
This has been a ridiculously long time to fix a crucial connectivity issue like this. As if the priority to be able to reconcile our book is not quite appreciated by our very own bookkeeping provider.
Please resolve this issue at soon as possible and stop redirecting us to the same Help Guides whatsoever that obviously have not been so helpful so far.
