Thanks for the update. It's been 12 days of grappling with Error 105 or 103, whatever you guys are dealing with, with no end in sight. A coworker of yours suggested a manual workaround which is not a sustainable solution. This is a basic bank connection and accounting issue; the inability to revert to a previously working system is concerning.

 

 

Moreover, how is QuickBooks planning to compensate for the operational setbacks we've encountered? A couple of months of free service seems fair. The lack of clear updates and a resolution timeline is troubling. Especially seeing that you are directly effecting the flow of many businesses at a time of the year that is BUSIER than usual.

 

Eagerly awaiting a prompt resolution and a compensation plan that you have in mind.
