Please know that getting error 105 has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. I'll ensure you'll be routed to the right support team to assist you further.
While our product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible, I recommend contacting our Online Team support. This way, you'll be added as one of the affected users. Rest assured you'll be notified via email when there's an update to this issue and once this is resolved.
Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks Account.
- At the top right, click the Help icon.
- Choose the Assistant section.
- Type your concern about connecting a bank account in the Type something field.
- Click Talk to a human.
- Click I still need a human.
- Click the Get help from a human.
