Hi VTOH,

 

Thank you for providing a screenshot. I can see that only a portion of the Bank Detail is being copied into the Memo field, which is not the expected behavior.

 

Please know that we have an ongoing investigation about this matter. I recommend contacting our QBO customer support specialist so they can get your account details in a more secure environment and link it to the open ticket.

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Enter a summary of the issue: Only a portion of the Banking Detail is copied into the Memo field in bank transactions. AMEX account. Ticket#: INV-91350.
  5. Click Continue and choose Chat or Callback.
