Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
- Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
- Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.
In the meantime, consider manually uploading the bank transactions into QuickBooks Online. Before proceeding, ensure you format CSV files in Excel correctly to avoid issues during the process.
Once everything is set, match or categorize your uploaded entries to place them in the correct accounts.
