Banking
I know how important it is to maintain a smooth banking experience, and it’s best to treat this matter with urgency, Rodger.
If you're encountering bank error 102, it typically indicates a problem on your financial institution's end. To confirm this, please reach out to your bank to check for any system issues.
Once you have contacted them, you can manually update your bank connection. Here’s how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
- Click Update.
If you still see an error, you can follow Step 2 as outlined in this article: Fix bank error 102 and 105 in QuickBooks.
You can also follow what SIAB mentioned and open your account using an incognito or private browser.
I’ve also added this article to organize your transactions: Categorise online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
