Before anything, I'd like to know if you encountered any errors when logging in. This will help us get around the issue and provide accurate steps. First, let's open a private browser to verify if the problem lies with your search engine. Refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
There are several scenarios for why we're unable to access our QBO account, such as:
- I forgot my user ID or password
- I lost access to my phone or email address
- I didn’t get a text, email, or phone call with my verification code
- My verification code isn't working
- I reset my password and now I can’t sign in
