Banking
Thanks for notifying us of your issue, Loukru.
Based on the error message, it appears that you're experiencing bank error 105. It indicates ongoing maintenance or server issues on your bank's end. I've checked my resources and confirmed an investigation relating to your concern. Rest assured that our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue quickly so you can resume your business operations.
In the meantime, manually import your bank transactions into QBO. To do that:
- Note the date of the oldest existing transaction in the account to avoid duplicates.
- Access your bank's website to download the bank transactions. Then, review the file and ensure it's in the correct format.
- Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
- Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
- Select the Link account dropdown, then Upload from file.
- Choose either Drag and Drop or Select Files, then click the file you downloaded from your bank.
- Select Continue. Follow the onscreen steps to proceed.
For more details, please see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
For now, we're unable to provide a specific date for when this will be resolved. However, I recommend contacting our customer support team to include you in the list of impacted users. This way, you'll receive email updates about the status of the investigation.
Furthermore, we suggest performing monthly account reconciliations to guarantee your bank transactions match your bank statements. This practice ensures they are balanced and accurate.
Please don't hesitate to return to this thread whenever you have additional questions about the bank error. I'll be happy to provide further help. Take care.
