You can go to the Chart of Accounts section to create another bank account in QuickBooks Online. This way, you'll be able to enter income and expenses without connecting your actual banking profile.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the cogwheel ⚙ icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Hit New.
  4. Choose the account type.
  5. Enter necessary information.
  6. Tick Save and Close.
