Banking
Thank you for adding a screenshot, Julie.
It isn't the kind of experience we want you to come across.
Currently, we have an ongoing issue with connecting Capitec Bank and receiving error 192. For the moment, kindly use the Import CSV Feature as a workaround.
I'll walk you through the steps. Before doing so, you'll have to format the CSV file. When your file is formatted correctly, you can follow these steps to upload your transactions into your QuickBooks account:
- From the Banking tab, select Banking.
- Click Upload transactions.
- Hit Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank.
- Click Continue.
- Select the account you want to upload the transactions on the QuickBooks account drop-down.
- Click Continue.
Also, I'd recommend reaching out to our phone support team so you'll be added as one of the affected users. You can contact them through the ? Help menu.
Once your transactions are in your QuickBooks account, you can categorise to put them in the correct accounts. I've added this link for the detailed steps of the process: Categorise transactions.
We appreciate your patience while we're working to resolve this issue the soonest.
