My Investec bank feed stopped working since two months ago with the same 163 error mentioned in this thread - automatic import / update of bank transactions is not working.

 

Quickbooks support opened two cases ( see attached cases 1586119187 and 1586296582) and assured me that the case has been escalated to engineering and provide updates to my email.  During the support session it was confirmed that the issue is in the Quickbooks software - ie it is a BUG!  Since then I've not had any feedback.

 

I'm disappointed to see several customers have the same issue since 2 years ago and Quickbooks support has not fixed the problem in their system.

 

Quickbooks support - can you advise your customers what the status of this BUG in your system is?
