Since the issue still persists, I recommend reaching our Support Team to help you with this one and conduct a further investigation into the unusual behavior. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to (?) Help.
  2. Choose Talk to a Human.
  3. Put a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Click Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Start a chat.
