Since you've already performed the troubleshooting steps recommend to fix the banking error 101, and still encountered the same issue, I highly recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. With this, they can further check what's preventing you to connect your Investec bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you how:
- In your QBO company, select the Help button.
- Then, go to the QB Assistant tab. From there, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Getting error 101 when attempting to connect Investec bank account to QuickBooks Online.
- Next, type Talk to a human and select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Then, choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
