The error I get is 101 and I clicked on the link and none of the info was useful because I have a positive bank balance and I do get promps on my banking app to authorize the QB connection but then after waiting for a while I get the error again. This happens whether I use the online version or the app of QB. Funny enough QB is able to connect to my bank to retrieve my accounts and I choose the one I want to connect but once it tries to pull the transactions it fails ALWAYS!!!
I can manually upload the transactions as suggested but that is too much overkill, this should be done by the QB for me since that's why I took the subscription in the first place.
