A warm welcome to the Community, milabok2021-gmai,
Yes, you can still delete the whole file if it's within 60 days old (90 for non-US accounts). To reset your company data:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Edit the URL on the address bar. remove everything after app/and enter purgecompany. For example: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
- Click Yes to confirm the action.
- On the next page, select Wipe data.
Here's an article that contains all the information about the process: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.
However, if it's active for 90 days or more, terminate your account directly on your QBO profile. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the Gear icon at the top right section of your Dashboard.
- Tap Account and Settings.
- Choose Billing & Subscription.
- In the Payroll section, click Cancel or Cancel trial.
- Hit Continue to cancel.
- Answer the short survey, and select Confirm cancel.
For information and instructions on how to cancel a QBO account, see this link: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Additionally, I recommend visiting this link: Account Management. These will provide links about managing your QBO account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports.
