I was under the impression that when submitting the request, the request was for Intuit to liaise with the bank, not the other way round. These 3rd world banks are very shy of making any effort beyond their everyday routines unless pushed, so Intuit should be proactive and take the lead with requests.
I notice that FNB Botswana have PDF, CSV, QIF, etc, but no QBO. That's surprising considering they are a subsidiary of FNB South Africa who are QBO connected.
Please ask Intuit to speak to FNB Botswana on this matter.
