Banking

Thank you for your response.

I am aware of the manual upload route, but I'm still holding out for an automatic bank feed.

I first submitted the request support for the bank 2 weeks ago.

I would understand if Intuit just told me straight up that they cannot service my request, but there's been no communication at all so far, not even an acknowledgement. How long will this process take? Is there anyone at the other end at all?
