I want to disconnect my bank accounts from QB on-line. The method advised does not work. Is there another way other than editing bank account details?

I want to disconnect my bank accounts from QB on-line. The method advised does not work. Is there another way other than editing bank account details?
The only option it gives it that of "editing the sign-in info" and "editing the account info".I need to disconnect the 2 accounts immediately
