I am findng the QB responses to be irritating. At least a month free should a service that a) does not work properly and b) I and many others flagged up months and months ago.  I have a MAC, a PC and an android phone.  As I have repeatedly told QB, the problem is across the board.  Please do not blame TSB.  If you can't get it together, you should let people know as it is now going to take time for me to go move my accounting elsewhere.  And telling me to put my transactions in a spreadsheet then to upload them renders QB redundant.  It's meant to make things easier.  Suggesting things that everyone has already tried or ways to get round it that aren't straight forward is insulting.
