Let's dig into some ways to find remedies for the issue you have encountered, @Malek. We can sign in to your QuickBooks Online account in a private browser if you haven't performed the steps on your company and perform the possible solution there.
Before that, please know this was a reported issue within QuickBooks Online. Nonetheless, the error was specific to different banks. Thus, may I know your banking institution so we can further check the error with your bank?
Moreover, regular browsers can prevent QuickBooks from executing the steps on your business company. It usually happens when the browser's cache is full. With that, I encourage you to open your company in an incognito browser and let's unlink your bank account from there.
Please see this key command to open an incognito:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: press Shift + CTRL + P
After that, we can disconnect and reconnect your bank account from QuickBooks.
- Go to Bookkeeping, pick Transactions, then choose Banking.
- Specify the tile for the bank account.
- Choose the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
- Select Disconnect this account on the save checkbox. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish, and try again.
- Press Save and Close.

- Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
- Select Connect account or Link account.
