Hi Asbestiform, thanks for trying all of those troubleshooting steps.
The banking on our QBO and QB SE products are managed separately, meaning there can be instances where an account is updating on one but not the other.
Please try logging in to Barclays via their own website, and then open a separate tab on your browser to log in to QBO and connect. If there are multiple connection options when re-directed to Barclays (e.g. membership no., or card no.) please try with each.
