Yes. Linking multiple PayPal accounts with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is possible. It manages your transactions like traditional banks. Once the connection is established, you can conveniently modify, classify, and reconcile these transactions.
Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to choose the Banking option.
- Press the Link account button in the upper left to open the Connect an Account page.
- Select Connect to a different bank or Add an account.
- Enter PayPal in the search field.
- From the list, look for the account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection process.
