Thank you for joining the conversation. I'll share a way so you can create a CSV file.
If you haven't tried yet, you can create a copy of any of the old CSV file and copy the data from the 11th month file paste on it. Then, use that to upload the transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed so you can review and categorize them.
If the above instructions do not work, it's better to call our QBSE Support team to check and root cause of the issue. They can use a tool for screen-sharing to gather more details.
