Banking
I appreciate you for getting back to us, Bexthom.
Let's get the issue with the Save button resolved.
You may be experiencing some browser-related issues. To resolve it, log into your account on an incognito window. Here is a list of the keyboard shortcuts to open one:
- For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari: ⌘+ Shift + N
If you can see the Save button, save the rule first. Then, you can continue working on the file on a regular browser. Then, clear its cache. Piled browser history can be the reason for some issues on the page. You may also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
To ensure that the rule was applied, you can toggle the Auto-add button to refresh the system. Let me guide you with these steps:
- Click the Banking menu and go to the Rules tab.
- Find the rule and click on the Edit link below the Actions column.
- On the Edit rule window, scroll down and toggle the Auto-add button to Off, and then On.
- Click Save.
I've added this reference as your guide in categorising the transactions manually: Categorise and match transactions.
