Thank you for the reply. I can see that dataswitcher are looking at it from the 'progress' screen.
The process says it might take 48 hours well it has been 4 days now!
I can't find any contact details for dataswitcher to chase them up - no email, phone, web link, chat link. What are their contact details?
Don't know why it is taking so loing it isn't a complicated data set.
