I've had the same issue, have disconnected the bank feed and now trying to reconnect, the Barclaycard page to input the login details remains blank - see screenshot attached.  

 

This is soooo frustrating!  I'm not blaming QuickBooks at all.  Just seems nothing about reconnecting with Barclaycard is ever straightforward - ie, the functionality to keep individual card holders' data feeds separate was just removed without any notification last year too but took months of shilly-shallying around till we just gave up and had to accept it. Grrr.
