Banking
Hello there, anandmahey.
I can see the importance of linking your bank to the program.
The forum you're seeing is outdated, and the investigation has already been closed. Upon checking on my end, the UOB bank is not included in the list, indicating that UOB Bank isn't currently supported in QuickBooks. I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance and updates regarding this matter.
Here's how:
- Go to the (?) Help icon.
- Select Talk to a Human.
- Enter a short description of your concern.
- Click on I still need a human.
- Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
- Choose to Get a callback.
In the meantime, you may consider uploading your transaction manually in QuickBooks. Here's how:
- Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
- In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
- From the Update drop-down, select File Upload.
- Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
- Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.
Check this guide for more details: Manually upload transactions.
Once everything is good, you can review and reconcile your transactions to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements. For a detailed process, refer to these resources:
