Hello, YT5.

I appreciate your time in looking through the suggested replies by my colleagues. I'll share and reiterate some information about the OCBC connection issue.

As what my colleague, MaryJoyD, mentioned, we currently have an investigation with the OCBC connection. The issue is that there are some changes in the banking website that affected the flow of transactions.

Our engineers are currently working to fix the issue as soon as possible.

If you haven't already done it yet, you'll want to reach out to one of our support agents. They'll add you to the list of affected users, so you'll receive updates and potential fixes about the OCBC issue.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. On the pop-up window, click the Contact Us button.
  3. Type "OCBC connection issue" in the box, then proceed with Continue.
  4. Click the Chat with us button.

After getting the fixes and successfully connecting your OCBC account, you can start managing your bank records for your books. Check out this article if you need help in the future: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online

If you're ready to reconcile your transactions, I'll also include this article in case you need help sometime in the future: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online

Please bear with us as we're working to fix the issue with the OCBC connection. Please let me know if you have any other concerns regarding your records in QuickBooks. I'm here to help.
