Right now, I'm unable to supply the exact date on when our engineers can resolve the issue since they are still at the pace of working to identify the cause. I appreciate your patience as I'm sure they can prematurely resolve it promptly. Our team will also share an update once our engineers resolved the OCBC and QuickBooks Online connection.
